NOTES

COLOR
All photos will be color corrected and touched-up before printing. Especially the black and white images. I did a quick batch black-and-white conversion on the color images so you could get a rough idea of what they would look like, but they will look much better in print than how they appear on the screen. Please contact me if you have any special touch up requests.

CROPPING
The photos will print as they appear unless you crop when you are in the shopping cart. 

TOUCH UPS
I always touch up each photo when ordered. Mostly, teeth whitening, stray hairs, and any blemishes, etc. Please contact me if you have any additional touch-ups requests.

SHIPPING
If you have any issues with delivery from the lab, please submit feedback on your order confirmation email within 2 weeks from delivery. All images are printed by and shipped from Richmond Photo Lab. Outside of 2 weeks, it might be hard to reprint and ship an order without having to place it again.
